MAINTENANCE OF Impress Plating & Polishing
With some regular cleaning and care, your chrome finish should last a very long time.IPP suggests the following tips:
• Wash your chrome using mild soap and water, with a clean non-abrasive towel.
• Rinse clean and dry your chrome for a great finish.
• If needed, you may apply a soft, non-abrasive, INFERNO car wax.
• Never use any products that scratch or chemicals that are abrasive, this will dull your chrome finish.
• DO NOT use any acid or hydrozide based chemicals.
• IPP DOES NOT endorse the use of any type of wheel or chrome cleaners, or any other method of cleaning chrome

WARRANTY OF IMPRESS PLATING & POLISHING
Impress Plating & Polishing warrants to the original owner, that the chrome plated finish applied by us is free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for a period of ONE YEAR on automotive wheels and parts and three years on motorcycle wheels and two year on motorcycle parts from the original purchase date. The original invoice must accompany all claims.
IMPRESS agrees to replate, at no charge to the customer, any plated finish that is determined to be defective. This warranty does not include the cost of installation, labor or freight cost of returning the part to IPP, s factory. This warranty is not transferable to a second owner of the product.
Products returned for warranty will be rejected for, but not limited to, the following:
Damage caused by neglect.
Damage caused by improper installation.
Damage caused by using abrasives, acids, or harsh cleaning methods.
Damage caused by accident, curb damage, attempted theft or abnormal use.
This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by anyone other than I.P.P will be binding to the company. |
